Do you ever get to the point where you have finished one group tasks you set out to do for the evening, sit down to take a second, and are immediately exhausted? Whew. That's how I feel right now. Laundry list of things that happened today:
  • executive decision to leave Gumby ASAP instead of waiting out our lease.
  • bought 2 pillows on sale at Target to replace old, nasty ones on our bed.
  • groceries.
  • another round of cleaning el yucko kitchen.
  • clean sheets and pillowcases. We haven't put our beautiful comforter on our bed yet, but I can't wait to. I think I'll wait until we move.
  • found some great! ideas for design in the new place. I'm getting excited!
  • worked on plans for Etsy shop + worked on sellables for Etsy shop. I'm double excited!
  • worked my body.
  • welcome to cici's! with my Aaron.
  • wore the Coffeehouse Cheese shirt Aaron wore when he played in Coffeehouse Cheese
I've started watching Arrested Development again. I love those characters so much. I love Buster Bluth. I love Lucille. I love Lindsay Funke. And Tobias. I would marry Michael. Maeby cracks me up. I will never get tired of that show, no matter how many times I see it. There's something so fun to watch about dysfunctional families, but we take it so seriously in our own lives. I've decided that I will live life as a Bluth and be myself. This was partially inspired by the words of Whitney Houston, who tonight reminded me that "If I fail, if I succeed at least I'll live as I believe!" (You're welcome for your inspirational Whitney lyric of the evening).

Next, what am I going to do with all of Aaron's junk? Like the ceramic UFO lamp he made when he was young? Should I box it up? Should I put it in our office? Should I donate it to the Smithsonian? It's quite fabulous. I might start a series called "Aaron's weird stuff" and showcase the possessions of the man I love so much. Except he's supposed to guest blog tonight, and I think he'll nix that idea.

Do any of you keep old papers and assignments? I like to keep my English compositions and my religion notes. I'm trying to decide whether they should be purged soon.
