I'm sitting in our apartment...keyword "our". One thing that stresses me out most is boxes and boxes of things that need to be put away. But today we signed off to move to a new apartment so guess what? The boxes will be here for another month. So for now I will continue to not use the office because it's barricaded by the old TV stand.
Fun fact of the week: Hollywood Video on Monroe street is going out of business so every DVD in the store was 3.99 and the BD were 7.99. Amazing. I found Emily some gems such as "Wild America" and "Made of Honor" and "Death Race 2000." Ok so the last one was for me.
Thesis production starts tomorrow. It will be a crazy semester going 4 weeks in production, 4 weeks in class and then doing it all over again. I'm Script Supervisor in the first show. I told Emily she would make a good script supervisor. I just have to be really organized.
Oh yes, and one more random note. People in Florida think 40 degrees is torture. My friends from Florida showed up in winter coats, hats, scarfs, gloves, and were still complaining while I was wearing a hoodie and was comfortable. Maybe with time I'll become one of them. But I really hope not. I like my Nebraska blood.
Oh yes, and I found out Carl Pelini got a pay raise today. Good for him. Carlfense was good to us this year.
