Packing for Thanksgiving

Since I haven't planned out what I intend to wear when we are on our Thanksgiving trip, I am completely ignoring the fact that I have to be packed and ready by 7:30 a.m. I usually plan my outfits, write them down and note any accessories I want to bring and keep the list in my luggage to reference when I dress each day, but I have yet to finish a huge pile of the laundry and I seriously have no idea what I even own if I can't see it suspended from hangers in my closet. Hence, the procrastinating.

When I travel, whether I am going to a formal event or planning on relaxing, I know I will feel my best if I've thoughtfully decided what to wear, even if it's just a t-shirt and yoga pants. I even count out the number of cotton balls I will use over the time I will be gone and bring only that amount plus two if I change my nail polish. What can I say? I heart precision.

We will be driving, and I have to admit that I am already a little stressed because we are taking Aaron's car. We almost always take road trips in my car, and before we leave I always vacuum, clean the cup holders and make sure there are no smudges on the windshield. Aaron's car is NOT that clean. And he keeps change in the back three cup holders.

And we're bringing our two cats.

Have I mentioned that I might have lost my mind?

I have no idea how this is going to work out.
