Even after almost ten months, my office is a little bare bones. I had an odd number of Ikea frames I purchased back in February, and few yards of burlap left over from my no-sew roman shade project, so I decided to replace the standard white matte with the burlap. I intended to put photos of the beach in the frames, but I found some fun note cards in packages of eight from Michael’s and decided I could use one card of each design in a frame. Each note card has a sweet picture and embossed image.

The frames are 8 x 10, but in this picture you can see how giant the windows in my office are. I am so happy to have a space that is almost all glass on one side. It makes for some interesting weather - and occasional people - watching. |
