Nebraska vs. Arkansas State

Aaron's parents generously gave us their East Stadium tickets for last weekend's game, so we went to our second home game of the season. It was a beautiful day for a Husker win!

I love the walk from the stadium through campus and reminiscing about the life-changing years I spent as a student at UNL. Campus has a huge part of my heart and holds many dear memories.

Here are a few of my favorite game-day events:
• A slice of Valentino's • the Fairbury hot dog gun • Tunnel Walk • flyovers • "Through These Gates" • red balloons • pregame donuts at LaMars • throwing the bones •

I can't wait to share these traditions with Shepherd as he grows older!
